Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively resolving customer support query via call or ticketing tool.
  • Creating / updating platform usage reports on weekly and monthly basis and also sharing the same with respective client SPOC.
  • Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions.
  • Creating easy to understand user manuals/FAQ and updating the same after each product updates.
  • Responsible for creating required MIS reports for each client in Excel or PPT or Word file.
  • Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
  • Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Sales, Marketing & the Management for query/ bug resolution.
  • Supporting & conducting Auctions Events if needed.

Act as a liaison between the clients and the organization and offer assistance with a variety of tasks including but not limited to; Auctions, complaints, queries, information, suggestions etc. 
Scope
The Executive reports to the Sr CSE and is accountable for formulating resolution and response in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer services.
