Sr Product Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Inputs in Product Management (50%)
- Develop in depth understanding on Procurement Function (One of the key supply chain areas) so as to provide valuable inputs for product and help in designing sustainable product roadmap
- Carry out research in context of competing modules and based on business decisions create BRD for enhancement of the product
- Perform in depth analysis for RPA, ML, AI component in procurement domain and look for effective implementation of the same
- Look for external tools which can be easily integrated and hence leading to horizontal and vertical expansion of product
- Support Product Lead in designing product roadmap and strategy to stay on defined roadmap
- Manage product ideas and follow standard process for converting ideas to concept and recommend inputs for improvement in existing process
- A good understanding of designing user interface via wireframe mock-ups and hence should be able to create wireframe mock-ups for ideas converted to concepts
2. BRS Documentation (30%)
- Engage with clients or internal team members (sales/support/management) to elicit requirements via different mind mapping techniques and then design appropriate BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- Act as a bridge between client facing team and back-end technical team to provide desired clarity on requirements to technical team and address their queries
- Ensure on time submission of quality documents to client facing team and also back-end technical team and also manage timely updates on documents to respective team
- Track requirements allocated to technical team and keep internal stakeholders and client updated about progress of respective requirements
- Onsite Assignment (when conducive) opportunities to study of client procurement landscape& detailed business functionalities in context of the procurement
- Opportunity to be a part of implementation team as a product consultant (Post experience)
- Opportunity to understand integration methodologies with various ERPs and other third-party applications
- Perform effective prioritization of requirement considering by balancing out between client requirements and product roadmap requirements
3. UAT for Developments (10%)
- Work cohesively with technical team and client facing team and plan internal and external UAT
- Draft Test cases for external UAT with client facing team and have sign-off from client
- Step in to shoes of actual users or stake holders and perform internal UAT before handing over the developments to client
4. Initiatives in optimizing BA/Product Process (10%)
- Identify process or part of process which can be optimized and standardized looking at market trends and newer methodologies
- Proactively involve in the BA/Product process and provide out of box suggestions for improving BA process

- Immediate joining is highly preferable
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX designs
- Certification pertaining to Business Analysis or Product Management
