Sr Executive - Client Excellence
Roles and Responsibility:
- Conducting different type of online auctions for clients
- Coordinate with Client to understand the requirement to analyse if it is the right category suitable for Auctions
- Measuring monthly usage of client and giving feedback if they are utilizing the product as per their purchased pack
- Coordinating with Sales team for POC auctions
- Handling daily auctions with the CS team members
- Managing Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly auction reports of all auction services clients
- Relationship management with Clients for renewal, increasing usage, looking for any sales opportunity
- Handling all auction related requirements (Not BRS creation but just tracking the development and making sure all clients are well aware about it)
- Maintain the issues related to Auction module and taking necessary steps to get resolution of the same
- Internal team guiding and handling
- Managing requirements, issues and points go live exclusively for certain client(s)
- Roll out of the Upgrades of product (Awareness, online training sessions, monitoring usage if applicable)
