Take complete responsibility for coordinating, monitoring, execution of projects assigned. Implement tracking and review mechanisms, take corrective actions for timely execution of projects. Responsible for ensuring cost/time and quality targets relating to projects under control. 


The PM/PL works closely with the Technology Lead to determine priorities and assign projects to relevant resources and is responsible for the output. Should be able to make risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures. Identify areas for improvement. 

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Project Planning & Capacity planning
  • Manage the projects with strict adherence to quality/cost & time of the project
  • Enhancement in terms of technology & processes
  • Provide contingency measures to minimize risks to the project success
  • Delegates tasks & responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Task priority management
  • Team Management
  • Frequently perform team assessments and evaluate them
  • Maintaining document repository
  • Make sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedures
  • Constant interaction with the System admin, QA team & Developer team
  • Coordinate with outsourcing consultants
  • Track & coordinate with server administrators
  • Monthly presentation on each project
  • Track & Manage the KPI dashboard of the team
